What do you think of SKY SPORTS ringside show?
I think its great to have a weekly boxing show on UK tv again but still think there is lots of room for improvement?
At times it seems a bit staged and forced the exactly the opposite of the Steve Bunce show which was at times totaly off the cuff .
What do you think of the show guys???

Don't like the way Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson have their tongues up the arses of whatever guest they have on. It's sickening to be honest.

It's ok. It hasn't helped that the two fighters who annoy me the most in David Haye and Oscar De La Hoya have been on the last two weeks.

Johnny Nelson is terrible for that. During that Haye special his tongue was so far up Haye's arse it was ridiculous.
I do like the show. Parts of it annoy me, they've shown a tendency to completely overlook things that haven't happened on Sky (understandably I suppose, just a little annoying when they briefly mention fights like Donaire-Montiel for example). It is good to have a weekly boxing show though.

I think it's good to have a weekly boxing show that's on at a reasonable time and repeated a few times on a Friday too, which helps out in my trying to watch it, but I agree with some of the drawbacks made.
It's not exactly a Paxman-like cross examination when you guest on the show, but overall it's not bad. I would like to see a grass-roots highlight segment with a few minutes from random shows across the country which would give fighters not on the books of the big promoters a little more exposure, though I highly doubt that would happen.
Until something better shows up, I'll be watching.

I've been impressed with both so far ( Haye and Oscar )
Adam gets these guys to open up and talk rather than answer rapid fire questions. Johnny Nelson could do with some work but he is new and will get better. Right now you can tell he is inexperienced and uncomfortable in the role but He is a smart guy and when he interviews on his own without Adam I think we will see more of his character come out.
Adam gave a brilliant interview with Nas years agao before Hamed fought Mcullough. It was when he was having his split with Ingle and Adam did a really good job of challenging Nas on every subject. No ther interviewer could have done better.
Well done to the pair of them. Really enjoyed the Oscar interview, we forget what a legend that man was.
