I am back from the worst ten weeks of my life!!!!!!!!!

I am back fellas just been banged up for ten fucking weeks!!!

Absolute joke, I basically had a fight with a fella on the side of the road who accused me of beating him up with the top of the concrete that holds up panels of fences, I then made gun signals and said I will kill him and his family. :rolleyes:

So because of these accusations I was placed in custody until this came to trial, I was released last monday. I was ordered to do 60 hours community service.

These ten weeks have been the worst iof my life being told by my brief if this does not go my way I could be looking at 5 years in jail :eek:, I have lost about two stone and look like a crack head.

This is what happened..

I was close to my house having an argument with my mrs quite heated bit if a domestic, so next thing a guy pulls up in his car and shouts out of his window whats going on, I say listen mate it's nothing to do with you drive on and get on with your day, so he decides to start shouting abuse saying to me I don't tell him what to do fucking this fucking that.

He then turns his engine off and gets out of his car acting the big man saying things like " you think your a big man tell me now to mind my own business "
So now it gets heated were both shouting and he takes his coat off basically squaring up for a fight so we get into a scuffle I punch him 4/5 times he goes down with the last punch and falls through a fence. I then get tackled to the floor by someone who was in the car who turns out to be this guys 19 year old son and 23 year old daughter. A guy who is passing by helps me up and it all sort of calms down, other than the usual you will be sorry for this bollocks talk by this guy. So I thought that was that.

Next morning around 6am police banging at the door arresting you for a section fucking 18 GBH!!!

I got to the station I couldn't believe his statement he said he was worried for the womens safety I looked like I was about to seriously hurt her and had my fists clenched as if I was going to punch her, he was this knight in shinging armour who came to her rescue, he said he pulled over his car and only got out because I was threatening to kill him and his family who were in his car he then got out of his car i pullled him to the floor began to kick him and punch him to the head this was al backed up by his son and daughter, my girlfriend well ex had already left by this time when the man pulled up she was gone off to work so she didnt see any of it. She just told the police what she saw we have gone our seperate ways now.

So after this he said his son dragged me off from kicking him in the head :-\, they then said it dies down till i picked up this piece of concrete and ran at him and smashed it off his eye/side of his head twice!!!!! I then making gun signals telling them they are all going to die :-\ befor,e running OFF!!!!!!!

I was actually laughing when I heard his version of events but I soon lost my sense of humour when I was told I was not getting bail the next day, I admitted I had a fight with him and my brief who was utter shite advised me to plead guilty to a section 18 abh but deny using the brick, so like a cock I did. I didnt realise how serious this was till I went jail two days later, anyway it came to trial the guy and his stupid fucking family got found out what liers they were he had a black eye and a 1 cm cut over his eye lmao, I would of fucking killed the cunt if I did what he said I did, it has been a stressful time and I am just happy it's over well to an extent I did get done for a section 47 which I wish I never went guilty to now stupid advice I got given for that I have 60 hours community service starting tomorrow.

So there it is I am back and so fucking happy to be. :)

What an ordeal! Really sorry to hear what you have had to go through. 10 weeks in the clink for what was basically a domestic barney! Unbelievable. The guy and his family who got involved should be forced to take lie detector tests and get put inside themselves for wasting police time with their fabrications.

That was similar experience of getting fucked over by someone else a few months ago... I was overtaking a truck on a two lane road.. Obviously when you are passing a truck, you can see if there is something in front of it or not... There wasn't.. I get a good distance past it for it to be safe to move over in front of it... As I do, some dumb fucking tart bitch who had overtaken the truck in the emergency lane now pops into the lane i'm moving into, we collide, and she goes off and makes a statement to the police that I moved into her lane without clearly checking!! She then made this bullshiit statement that after that I was abusing her and swerving into her lane trying to hit her car again.. Even though SHE actually thought IIII was at fault for the accident, and proceeded to abuse ME.... This was like, THE ONE TIME I had restraint and she goes and tells the police this whole bullshit statement...

For starters yes, you are supposed to do a "head check" when moving into another lane... But i'd just past a truck and knew for an absolute fact there was nothing in front of it.... So I didn't head check.. I looked in my rear view mirror to see I was a safe distance in front of the truck to move into it's lane, and here is this dumb bitch overtaking in an emergency lane and slamming back into the lane in my blindspot.

I got a $385 and half the demerit points taken off my license for dangerous driving... And after repeating my statement after hearing this other ladies absolute joke of a statement, he then says if I don't want to change my story, he'll charge me with making a false statement myself....

It's fucken bullshit... The police ignored 95% of my statement or said it was bullshit, but believed 100% of hers....

I just couldn't stop asking the cop, so it's fine to overtake a truck in an emergency lane?? Why the fuck should I have to look for cars coming out of emergency lanes around trucks?? He just kept repeating, "You have to check when changing lanes that there isn't a car there"...

I guess my understanding of it now is, a car can be bombing along at 300 mph, so that you you physically can't even see it coming, but if you manouver anywhere near it, it will be your fault....

Hate police, and hate arrogant lieing cunts who if you ask me, actually end up believing their bullshit story.. Like that guy you dealt with would have actually went off and told himself how it played out in this bullshit way so many times that he ended up believing you actually did do all that shit to him.. completely unprovoked... Ooooooh and of course, my precious son and daughter wouldn't lie....

Way back when I got a first aid certificate out of mine and an anger management course which was coincidentally full of total nutcases that made me look like mother Teresa...

Yeah I knew it. Some one made a thread about how they were heart broken that you hadn't been on. Incarceration was pretty obvious.

Nothing worse than public defender or brief I guess ya'll call them who don't give a fuck about your situation. But still you do deserve some blame. I mean seriously you never, ever argue or fight with a bitch in public. I mean never. A guy will never win. It's an automatic loss. Simple disagreement turns into a fucking war in public. Nobody remembers or saw your version of the incident. But everybody remembers and saw her version. You should of known better
