Soto-Antillon off, Soto leaving Top Rank

So it looks like Soto-Antillon is off the Pac-Mosley undercard and Soto is leaving Top Rank all together. He says Top Rank owes him money, and his contract is expired, while Top ranks believs he's still under contract. He hired the same lawyer as Donaire to look over his contract and they believe it's expired. Major hit for the Pac-Mosley undercard. Wonder how this one will play out.
