Back In The Game
I got a job! I haven't been in the gym, teaching boxing, since 2005 when my urinary system collapsed. Got that fixed, by May 1 I'll be good to go. And I found work. Local gym, in Anaconda, Mt. The guy that runs it is overloaded- he has 60 MMa kids (his background) and 20 boxers, from beginners to guys fighting "tough man" to pros. Cannot wait!

Re: Back In The Game
Well, that was something of a disappointment. Real nice people but the focus there is clearly on MMA-type activities. There is a wrestling coach- and I gather that 90% of the people there have wrestled since age 4 or 5, as it is very popular here- and a judo instructor, and so on. From what I can tell, the intent was to find somebody to help the wrestlers/judoers/etc..improve their 'striking' abilities. I've tried that before and it was a source of fustration to everybody involved and I have no desire to try that again. Oh well.

Re: Back In The Game
Grey that sucks...i do mma/Thai boxing but i also study Boxing as a separate item, i think it could be a perfect platform for mma striking, you just gotta learn to box, then adjust the other stuff to fit the boxing...imho
