That is something I have always wanted to know too. It's just so much more convenient to watch a film on the sofa in front of the TV rather than hunched up in front of the computer. A very good thread topic indeed.

Not all Mods have blue in their name or show that they are Mods at all. Some are limited on what they can do (ie: can only make changes in one section of the forum and not the whole board) as they have very limited powers.
