kettlebells are a good workout. Can hit a lot of muscle groups with them.

I was just curious if any one had any thoughts about the P90x fitness program. It utilizes the whole muscle confusion idea, and I like how it incorporates yoga for staying limber. I noticed too much training boxing specific work outs like the bag, rope, crunches etc, is much easier to hit a plateau of endurance...plus over-working the same muscle groups.
