So Manny Gets Away With it....and most continue to act blind or look the other way. And reality is this........

So everytime Pac beats a shop worn fighter he already has the next fight in place so that he can avoid drug testing. Look at it from an unbiased view. Pull Pacs head out your bottom and think about it. Pac would rather just blame Floyd everytime he beats a has been.

Pac wins a lackluster fight, blames Floyd for previous fight fall out. Claims no test then this amount of days then another amount then he agrred completely then its this B.S. and that B.S. and a rant of excuses and then have other fight ready to go so you can avoid drug test. Pac already has his drug test avoidance measures in place long before we ever know. But it's so easy to see.....sad. I just hope maybe his next fight is also ready to go before he beats Marquez or shortly after.. Then it looks like this...Destroy MArquez, Blame Floyd but have papers signed already to fight Khan at 154lbs lol Or Donaire at 147lb yha sounds rediculous but he's almost predictable....

Anyone who believes Pac or any sports superstar for that matter is a "Tard" on the end of there idols nick name. Because Pacs track record should clearly be showing. And Pac fans should encourage him and want him to take a different route. But you blind yourself to this being the only route because of "Floyd" god damn Floyd scapegoat again....... so true. How hard is it to have support for the things you say. No you don't have to prove something by standards that are seen in court rooms (clear and convincing evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, preponderance of the evidence).

We are in the court of public opinion. People can believe what they want without alot of evidence.

But even in the court of public opinion there should be some evidence and reasoning that is better than that of a 3 yr old.

Every top level boxer should undergo rigorous testing including the testing of blood. Boxing is in the dark ages in this regard. Manny should lead by example and the commisions should be revising their testing strategies right now. There is no good reason for this not to happen.

I completely agree with your first thought. I have no idea why it is Manny's job to make this happen nor do find it fair to single him out by name. Want to single someone out? Single out the guys who have failed drug tests, James Toney, Roy Jones, Richard Hall, Orlando Solido, guys like that.

As far as being in the dark ages, if you think WADA is effective, you're nuts. The cheaters are so far ahead of the testers it isn't funny.

Why is it unreasonable to take the following facts

1) Manny has never failed, nor failed to take a required drug test
2) Other fighters have been caught with the current tests
3) Other fighters, notably Shane Mosely have beaten the current tests
4) NSAC (or their equivalents in other states) govern this issue according to their best lights
5) WADA's HGH test has caught a single person out of many thousands tested
6) WADA never caught Marion Jones (among others) and is likely ineffective
7) Manny has accomplished nothing of meaning that hasn't been done before in eras before steroids
and a belief that many world class athletes are doping

And conclude the following.
1) Manny has followed the rules
2) There is no reason Manny should be singled out
3) That the testing process should be changed sport-wide
4) That is rightly the responsibility of NSAC and their equivalents
5) That it is unjust to single out a specific fighter without evidence
6) That passing WADA tests in no way proves someone is clean (see Marion Jones)
7) There is a possibility Manny is doping

This represents my view and would be the same if the man in question were anyone else who had followed the rules.

The REAL issue at hand is NOT Manny being tested, it is the reprehensible behavior of those willing to make such allegations without a shred of evidence. THOSE are the people who ought to be ashamed.

Huh. I hadn't heard that one. But it's pretty clear that the governing bodies have, in the past (yes, I'm talking about YOU Carl Lewis), let saome things, shall we say slide? Hmmmmm

When the level of evidence against someone is:
1-He's beating bigger fighters
2-He is really fast
3-He has good power
4-He's just really good

then you don't have any evidence. And that is about all we have gotten out of those throwing allegations in Pac's direction.

By the way, when is Teddy Atlas going to get fired for his on air claims that he had inside information (via emails if I remember correctly). Teddy Atlas-what a scumbag when it comes to this situation. No on air admission that he was wrong and his sources were as unreliable as can be.
