Arreola and Thompson in action tonight FNF thread
Say what you will about Arreola, but he's getting in the ring after two weeks from his last contest. Thompson still has landed the most punches ever against Klitschko (even if they weren't that effective).
Both guys are fighting gatekeepers as a step towards clawing their way back into title contention.

Seems to me Arreola really wants to stay focused. When he has too much time off he tends to gain a bunch of weight. But hell 2 weeks is pretty damn fast, wonder if he's lost anymore weight in the 2 weeks since his last weigh in, anyone know?

234 last fight, 236 this fight.
On the flip side, Thompson is the heaviest he's been since 2004

It's a slow weekend in boxing but Im really looking forward to seeing Maurice Harris and Ricardo Williams Jr !!!!
If Harris is in proper form, he can beat Thompson, but, I wonder how good his punch resistance is at this point.. It's a long shot, but he does have a chance and if he does win, I hope he's matched up with Arreola or maybe even against Amir Mansour who i think is a monster..

Hey Killer, this fight deserves a bottle of Guinness, not bad for a FNF, Arreola should win this fight, but we shall see.

I can't remember the last time two heavyweight fights headlined FNF. It's been a really long time.

I thought Arreola and Thompson were fighting each other, it's actually Arreola vs Releford and Thompson vs Harris, my bad.. not sure these fights rank a guinness, perhaps a Shiner Bock instead.
