I used to be a big fan of Alexis Arguello, I hated it when he lost to Aaron Pryor, who I never cared much for. (or Panama Lewis who was a fucking con-man/crook)
Alexis Arguello could have also shared baseball great Ted Williams' alias, "The Splendid Splinter", he was tall for a light-weight and slender but he had a lot of pure muscle packed on that frame. He was such a tremendously disciplined fighter, with great technique, you see it even in his losses to Pryor.
Finishing off Ray Mancini, in the 14th round: (poor Ray, he was only 20 at the time)

His war with Andy Gangigan was great, Andy Gangigan actually reminded me of Edwin Valero, that fight was a real up and downer.
