Sorry, but not possible due to there age difference. Tyson was born in 1966, while Joe Cortez, the referee, was competing in Golden Gloves 1960 to 1962. In 1963. Cortez was even the referee in some of Tysons fights.

Obviously that is not the Joe Cortez.
