Baer had five inches in height, eight inches in reach and 35 pounds on Louis. At this point he is 51-4 with 47 KO's and is ranked #6.

Amazingly this is only a month before Louis fights Billy Conn. Closed to the last time we'll see Joe Louis as we all think about him. He has just turned 27.
