Is this a good example of a great ab workout?
Okay I used to declined situps with 3 sets of 75 reps. I figure it was boring to do just 75 sit ups continously, so I hear it is good to mix in other ab exercises for lower abs awell to confuse your abs and keep em working and guessing. so I came up with this:
flutter kicks 1 set of 80
reverse crunches 1 set of 80
then this exercise with a medicine ball where you hold the ball about chest level and keep your legs six inches off the ground and move the ball side to side im guessing you call them medicine ball twists?
those 1 set of 80
and decline situps 1 set of 80
how is this? any suggestions?

NO! You don“t understand the primer purpose of the abs.

.yes, abs are to be conditioned and hard for in the world of boxing they are like armor and stronger core etc). i know this Im just tryin to look for suggestions I have a six pack sadly you cant tell because it looks like a 4 pack :-\ but i can feel my third row and its starting to become visible now so im happy of my progress, :)
I just want an ab routine thats not boring you know just something like im gonna do this exercise once im done with that BAM I hit a different exercise etc.) something that will keep things interesting.

If you can do 75 reps of an exercise then it isn't challenging enough to develop any kind of strength adaptation.
Hell if you can do over 15 it won't be doing much other than giving a bit of endurance. If you want strong abs then you need more challenging movements.
Crunches also get a lot of help from the hip flexors and there is little pelvic tilt happening.
Try ab roll out/hanging leg raises and circles instead.
Also don't neglect your lower back and glute muscles in favour of your abs or you'll end up with postural issues.
I don't do an awful lot of ab work as I tend to find that I respond to compound exercises where the core muscles have to stabilise the movement, pull ups, press up variations, hand stands, military press, squats, dead lifts, cleans etc.
The stuff scrap posted takes it up 100 levels from there! ;)

Great video Scrap added some of those to my workout routine and loving it. I find sit ups, crunches and leg raises to easy so this is just what I need to shock my abs again.
