Khan: "Bradley is afraid to fight me"
I've heard Khan saying this several times and again in the post fight interview after last nights fight. I seriously doubt that Bradley is "afraid" to fight Khan, and it just makes Khan, who's english is annoying to listen to, sound like a brainless douche.
Bradley vs Khan seems to be the most logical fight out there for both guys right now, I hope this fight can be put together and we can see it by the end of the year.
Re: Khan: "Bradley is afraid to fight me"
I think he's exactly right to say what he's saying.
Amir and Bradley are the two best fighters at 140lbs. Just like at 147 one wants to unify, the other doesn't.
I hope Khan hounds him in interviews, at fights and on twitter and leaves Bradley with no excuse.
I find it unbelievable that in every other case when one fighter refuse to step up and fight the big unification fight when the other offers it, he's accused of ducking, and being a coward. Yet when Khan is involved he is the bad guy for actually trying to make the big fights happen.
He's doing everything right. Bradley needs to step up.

He refused 50/50 and the biggest pay day of his career and the chance to be crowned number 1 in the division, what other reason to you suggest for him refusing the fight?

I don't know, just sayin', I doubt that it has anything to do with Bradley being afraid.

I reckon it has to do with Bradley thinkinh he will lose. I can't see any other reason for him not taking the fight when it was on the table.

In Bradley's case, fear of losing and/or being afraid just doesn't make sense to me. Bradley is the current undefeated WBC and WBO World Light Welterweight Champion and Ring Magazine rates him as the number six pound-for-pound boxer in the world. He's also a veteran of Desert Storm, but he's "afraid" to fight a clown like Amir Khan? :looroll:
Re: Khan: "Bradley is afraid to fight me"
Props to Khan for trying to make the fight. But boxing after all is still a business.
The speculation out there is that Bradley thinks he can get a fight with Pac that's why he's not eager to fight Khan. And to be honest I would rather fight Pac for money, glory, and legacy. And what if Bradley were to beat Pac? He's in position for a very lucrative rematch or an anticipated big money fight with Mayweather. A fight with Pacquiao is a big risk, big reward type of fight, not so much with Khan.

Totally agree with you.
I'm a Bradley fan, but Khan is the one who has tried to make the fight and Bradley appears to want nothing to do with him. Khan isn't being the douche here, it is Bradley.
Re: Khan: "Bradley is afraid to fight me"
Bradley hasnt fought since that shite fight with Alexander in January. He only fought once in 2010 against Abregu. He needs to take a fight with someone this year otherwise hes gona get his ass beat well and truly through inactivity whether it be Khan or Pac who ends up dishing it.
Re: Khan: "Bradley is afraid to fight me"
Bradley is not a war torn one punch and done Judah who has been beat up in his last number of fights. Khan has clear momentum and improvment off lastnight and will surley be 147 soon. All the while he's had massive grooming and a huge stage and promotion to propel from. Bradley is also moving to 147 under new promoter and has been under the radar until very recently and has had to claw his way in the door facing solid competition and though a consistent Champion understands how to maximize his time, dime and showdown in relation to "Money men" in the game. Bradley is not, nor ever will he be scared of Khan or anyone else. With this division now in full flux with Mayweather, Manny, Khan and company he will take the high dollar main event date HBO guaranteed and will then be very much in the mix. Hey, he barked, Khan barked back and it may be a gamble but I believe will pay off big in the end.

That's a very good point. Bradley has the opportunity to push the momentum of his career, but in recent times is stalling big time. I'm beginning to question if he is really up for this anymore. Turning down a fight with Khan was serious and he has nothing ready or waiting right now. A young fighter should always stay busy.
