Pain in lower back
Hey guys,
Been having some issues with my back lately. I don't know if it's the fact that I am not use to the core work, or the twisting with the punches.
When I was in High School, I played a lot of golf...and now unfortunately my lower back is pretty fucked.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being excrutiating, it's probably only about a 4.
It's just enough to be annoying when sitting without proper posture, driving, and just general tightness.
I am just hoping it's my muscles in the small of my back being sore from a good work out, as I just got back into serious work-outs.
When do I know to take a break, and can I work my core every day to get the muscles good and strong?
What kinds of massages are best? Hot stone? Shiatsu? Happy Ending ;D
Ice baths? Aspirin...
Thanks y'all

Re: Pain in lower back
Haha happy ending ;D.
Strange but true thing is when people dont feel supported,in cash or maybe position in life at that time, their lower back aches ;). The mind is very strong, so you reverse the thought and tell yourself the opposite even if you feel the reverse and most get better, over 60%.
Physically hang off a bar or top of door and pump your hips up and down like rooting.
or get two chairs and lift your weight off your feet and swing your legs around and pump hips up and down too.
Sit on the floor, legs out front place your left foot over your right knee and with your left hand behind your back place your right elbow onto the outside of your raised left knee and lift your body weight and twist around towards your rear hand. Your spine will click in as you lift and twist.
Then do that in reverse with the other leg and other arm behind you.
Lay back flat and lift each knee up to your chest one at a time and pull your knee in with your hands as you relax and breathe out.
So there you go, Mind, body, spirit. Thought, action, feeling.
