Fenster - Betting Proposal for the forum
Fenster, you and many others here regularly wager on boxing. How do you feel about a saddo league where we all start off with 1000 in fake saddo$ and we bet on fights? At the end of a few months, we see who has the most money and that person gets a small prize, much like the saddo league. We could always get the odds from one place to keep it fair.
This idea stems from the fact that many weekends I don't bet but I generallly tend to think that I know enough boxing that I would be "up" at the end of the year if I did bet. This would allow me to test that knowledge without actually taking a monetary risk. If I am a complete moron with this idea, just let me know, it wouldn't be the first time. ;D

The only problem is that Killer quit doing it because he didn't have the time any more. From what I understand, it's very labour-intensive to run that kind of contest.
It'd be great if it came back though. It was probably my favorite part of the forum.

It'd be great if it came back though. It was probably my favorite part of the forum.
Maybe Killer could explain what was the labor-intensive part of it and we could figure a way to minimize it. If someone wanted to partner up, I'd be happy to contribute time to making it happen.

I think he might still be on vacation, but you should bring it up with him when he comes back. The Sportsbook was fucking great.
