According to RDS, Gatti did sign an pre-nuptial agreement with Rodriguez before their wedding stating that in case of divorce, Rodriguez would receive absolutely nothing. Gatti's lawyer in the US stated that and that he had the original copy of the document. He also stated that one week before dying, he did call the lawyer to have a copy of the document and asked him that if he would tear off the copy, the original document was always in security. Apparently that Gatti also contacted a lawyer in Montreal for his divorce (back in 2009) and that he wanted to get the document in question to this lawyer.

Gatti knew from the beginning this was just a young piece of Brazilian ass. So he guaranteed she wouldnt pull a "Rodizio Special" on him if and when the marriage failed. Apparently she dscovered the double-cross pre-nup, and understandably upset, went too far and killed him out of rage and feelings of backstabbing.

He should have beena bit more generous, and left her atleast 15%. Anyway, more proof a Goombah should not marry the "Rodizio Specials" from Belo Horizante. I also found that out the hard way, just not as hard as Gatti found out.
