Does anyone know exactly how many grams of fibre & how many grams of carbs are in a sachet of fybogel?

As the husk fibre goes through without being digested then the amount of carbs can be ignored. The amount of carbohydrate absorbed is negligible. They contain less than 5 calories so it fine for a low carb / low calorie / diabetic diet
