Yes it will be changed. This fight severely messed up Hopkins ability to sell any more fights though.

Yes, it will be changed to a no contest. The WBC had done this before.
In as much as I believe that Dawson needs to be given a rematch, I think that Hopkins will retire. Given his age, it will be much harder for him to recover from such injury.
