Where do you turn off the e-mail notifications?

Im getting loads sent to my e-mail address, I think ive checked a box that I didnt mean to?

Help please.

I mean when someone replies to a thread it also gets sent to my junk mail?

Click on SETTINGS (top right)

Then - GENERAL SETTINGS (lefthand side)

Then - MESSAGING & NOTIFICATIONS

Tick the don't recieve emails box.
