BUTE vs JOHNSON; I think Johnson will get bute IN THE END!!! lol.

jokes aside, i find this fight appealing.

Johnson is always a warrior and always comes to impress, and will fight anyone. and Bute has looked great his last few fights and is a world class scrapper. i like both fighters and have difficulty picking one i want to win.
both of these guys are inspirational and a good role model for the young. unlike that piece of walking poo mayweather. what are your thoughts?

me personally? i think id like johnson to win, but it prob wont happen. he'll give his all like always, but he is a bit too long in the tooth and bute is too darn good.
BUT....there is hope for a ko for glen, Bute was hurt bad by Andrade!!
if HE can hurt bute, then johnson has a good chance too!!!!

I still believe too much is made of Bute being hurt badly by Andrade. It was Bute's fatigue that cost him in that fight. Granted Andrade's swarming attack is what caused Bute to be tired, but Bute had literally dominated every single round before the 11th. Then in the next fight out he made it look easy with a 4th round KO. Bute's uppercut arguably is the best uppercut in boxing. What is the way to neutralize that? I'm not being facetious. What would impress me here is if Bute stopped Johnson because that hasn't been done in over 10 years although a thorough domination would also impress me because Froch couldn't dominate Johnson.

Bute is a badass.

Johnson is still a good fighter even at his age but i don't think he has enough to beat Bute.

Bute will win a quite clear decision.

Johnson is just a steady dependable plodder nothing more easy points win for Bute or a late stoppage he is a class act .

Bute by a whooping one sided decision which will earn Johnson even more respect for the toughness he'll display.

If Bute loses to Johnson then he should retire from boxing because he will never be the elite fighter many people believe he is. Johnson has been beaten by everyone recently and his best days are long gone.

I think Bute will have his hands full with Johnson but should win a UD. But Johnson will have his moments. I don't see Bute stopping Johnson though.

Maybe.........but il agree if he fights kessler or the super six winner and gets a win against either, i dont think bute has had a big test yet

This is Bute's litmus test. If he is as good as everyone says he is, he beats Johnson handily enough to a decision. If hes not as good as everyone says he is, then its a controversial close decision either way or he loses by KO, simple as that. You only need to look at The Road Warrior's last 5 fights to see what hes all about.

Froch/Cloud/Dawson = Players in their division
Green/Mack = Pretenders.

You will be found out by Glen Johnson if you arent the biz.

If hes stops Johnson however, then you gota rate him bigtime, even the haters gota give him massive credit and say hes as good as anyone out there at Super Mid.
