Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
Vitali Klitschko vs David Haye: "Serious Talks" for March Fight - Bad Left Hook
Don't know whether to believe this though. Haye himself is signing books in London today. Obviously he wouldn't be there anyway but Booth is surely with Groves at the minute!!
Re: Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
Haye knew he couldn't get any credibility after that last debacle, so he went ahead with the retirement. However there's nothing like a little 10 million dollar payday to coax anyone out of it. I think Vitali would love to knock this jerk out anyway. Hope its true.
Re: Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
I think Audley Harrison has a greater chance of fighting the Klits than Haye has.
Re: Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
winner takes all? haha. don't think so.
Re: Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
Haye still talking sh*t like the Klits need him. Haye acted like a little b*tch & I hope Vitali treats him like one, slap that fool around
Re: Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
Here's the real question: Will anyone be willing to buy this fight? That is are their enough people willing to pay per view to make it economically feasible? I doubt it but I have been wrong many times.

Even after hayes let down Performance against wlad hes usually entertaining and could be against vitali if he threw caution to the wind?
Haye is very entertaining, but that last fight hang your head in shame,
Am I going to part with 15 pound again not sure?
Do we need Haye, to box in the HW division I would say yes we do
are the klitch bros, very entertaining to some yes to me no.?;D

Re: Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
As mentioned in this thread, Haye, for me, is the only valid opponent out there. It will sell tickets, and that will make Vitali happy. Regardless what some may say peep's will still buy it, if only to see Haye get bitch slapped for 12 rounds.
As long as Haye can keep injury free in the run up to the fight then it could be competitive, obviously the toe didnt help in his last fight and severly hampered him during the fight, hence the outcome
Re: Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
I wouldn't pay a ppv to see Haye v. Vitali but I would watch it on HBO. I would still like to see Haye versus another heavyweight before seeing Haye versus Vitali. Get in there with Arreola, Helenius, Povetkin, any of that level of heavyweight, win, and then fight Vitali. Prove your worth first.
Re: Haye and Vitali in serious talks??
I have absolutely no desire to see David Haye fight again.
Though i respect them, i'd never pay to see another Klitschko PPV either.
That said, most of us agreed that Haye would have a better chance against Vitali than Wlad, and with the home crowd behind him i don't think you could write him off.
It's be a 40/60 fight, in my opinion, but probably not a pretty exciting one.
