Tennis elbow / Tendonitis
I believe I may have injured my arm by "arm-punching" when I first learning how to box. Looking back now, I don't think I had very good jab technique and stressed my arm too much by not letting it heal. I've finally decided to give it at least a month before I get back to the gym, so now I just focus on roadwork.
I've been suffering from tennis elbow for quite some time now, and was wondering if anybody else has had this condition before? If so, what therapies or remedies helped to diagnose the issue?

I had a problem with tennis elbow about a year ago .Mine was from holding pads and being too tight - putting too much stress on my tendons. Its a nightmare when you get it - i feel your pain. what helped me was rest -completely staying off if until it had healed. Deep massage in my tricep and forearm -i got a professional to work on it and id also gently work it myself whilst watching tv. Be careful though because apparently depending on what the problem is massage can make it worse. when you come back make sure you keep your arm relaxed when throwing shots and take time to warm up correctly
