Prime for prime I would take Hasegawa
I'd say Nishioka, I know Hasegawa defeated Veerapol twice but Nishioka fought him in his primeQuote:

I kind of feel bad for Hasegawa cuz he was really elevating his game.. everything was going smooth for him until he ran into Montiel.. that loss was tough for him, kind of loss that demoralizes a fighter. Dude was expected to put on a show in front of his crowd, only to get knocked out in 4.. devastating..
I would have loved to see him face Nishioka at 122 but that's the exact reason why he skipped the 122 division. He didnt want to face his countryman..
