Thai boxing...
The last 7 weeks I have been training very hard in thai boxing and I can say its a fantastic sport. Does anybody do thai boxing?? I started boxing when I was 13 and trained till I was 18, then moved to uni so not done much on the boxing front till I am now 21. Its great learning new techniques though and I have found my motivation in doing a combat sport again. I am going to continue doing thai boxing because its a great sport, obviousley not as good as boxing though, its very strange doing boxing since I was a kid and throwing elbows, knees and kicks and its quite hard to adjust to the new stance. Its all good though and feel like ive learnt a lot in the past nearly two months, I am going to keep it up though, so happy to be back in the training again.

Yeah I've done Muay Thai for a bit didn't find it terribly hard to adjust to from boxing. The only thing that sucked was the clinch man my neck hurt whenever i we did that! The problem with Muay Thai and if your going to compete in it is that scoring is nothing like boxing its all about looking impressive/dominant and not shots landed. Turning them to get there back is a big point earner shows weakness. Keep it up and enjoy it!

Good on you. That incessant music they have in the ring does more damage to my ears than cauliflower though.
