		Try it a rd on, and a rd shadowboxing. You get a better feel of whats happening.

		Scrap, do you think that a majority of your skill work should be devoted to shadow boxing/mitt work, opposed to heavy bag/ sparring? Than you.

		Theres a Niche for everything, its how its done. Idea is to develop Body Skills, first and foremost, of when and why, Flight or Fight. There is not enough Time spent on Skill Work, as there should be, Boxing is an Art Form is it not. ;D

 Played around with it and I think I get it. Small weight shift, move the unweighted foot by pushing off with weighted foot, kind of like in....boxing. (Granted, it's more intuitive than that but I think that is the mechanics of the movement).  Forwards being easier than backwards.  If your feet get too wide= no good.
