Why does'nt Bradley fight Khan.
I have no idea why Bradley does not fight Khan. If they were to fight I would put my money on Bradley. He has managed to be the best in that devision for a while and defeated all the best opposition there.
Is he afraid to fight Khan because he is worried about loosing his unbeaten record or is he holding out for a Pac or Mayweather superfight. I just dont understand him.
If he carries on like this he will lose credibility.
Re: Why does'nt Bradley fight Khan.
Bradley doesnt fear khan at all, cmon haha. He declined the fight before due to promoter issues. Just business. Now the chanes of this bout coming off are slim to none given that khan is with gbp while bradley is with tr..
Re: Why does'nt Bradley fight Khan.
Mike jones sucks and khan would beat him easily. Jones fights without conviction and I realize now he wont be a big player in any division. He doesnt have it in him.
I thought he would beat kell brook but not anymore.. Brook has more substance.
Khan has some good fights at 147..
Re: Why does'nt Bradley fight Khan.
To be fair, he was offered a set amount to face an unspecified opponent after the Alexander fight. This was all pre-agreed before he stepped into the ring with Alexander. The set amount was similar to what he would have made facing Khan (slightly less, but similar) so it was probably in Bradley's interest to put the Khan fight on the backburner.

True but why fight Joe Cas? Thats shouldn't even be consider a tune up fight. That fight should have been schedule for 4 rounds.

Bradley is one of my favorite fighters, but I wasn't happy he didn't take the Khan fight even if all he says about the promoter issues are true.
The Cas fight was his first fight with TR. It was a fight to make Bradley look good. Prior to the Alexander fight, there was no debate that the three best in the division were Khan, Bradley and Alexander. Bradley beat Alexander he beat who Khan is now fighting in Lamont Peterson. So, before the fall out of the Khan fight, Bradley was the top dog in the division. Bradley had promoter issues but I can't deny that he put business in front of boxing, which all fighters do, but Khan gave him probably the best deal he was going to get fighting him and Bradley didn't take it. Frankly, I believe Khan is a tough styles match up for Bradley. I'm not sure where Bradley goes from here, MM is fighting Alexader at welterweight and he may remain there if he gets the win over Alexander. Khan will move up if he doesn't get a fight with Bradley. That takes most of the big names out of the junior welterweight division. Bradley is too small for welterweight and he doesn't have power at junior welterweight so people would walk through him at welterweight. Rios would be a great fight for Bradley as would Matthysse. Those are his two best options if he doesn't take the Khan fight.

2. Rois at 140
3. MM
4. Berto
5. Ortiz
6. M. Jones
7. Bailey
8. Morales
Even JMM
All of those guys are at 147 other than Rios. Why should Bradley move up? Welterweight won't suit as well as junior welterweight because he's 5'6 with limited power.
I see five good fights for Bradley at 140. I put them in the below order because of risk/reward. Morales is the best combination of money and risk in my opinion. Rios is next because I didn't love his showing against Murray who is limited and he's with the TR so the fight could be made easily. Matthysse isn't a big name and can fight, so although I see Bradley winning, it's not the BIG type of fight Bradley desires. Soto would be good for Bradley, but let's be honest with ourselves, Soto hasn't showed us anything since jumping to 140 that says he is interested in taking that tough of a fight. If he dodged the Antillon rematch, he's sure as heck not interested in fighting Bradley. However, I see Bradley winning that fight and Soto is a relatively big name and unless I'm mistaken, works with TR. Guerrero is the least likely because he is with GB and also he would be a tough fight for Bradley in terms of styles. Agreed?- Morales
- Rios
- Matthysse
- Soto
- Guerrero

I don'y know why he wont fight, promoter issues or what ever. But if it was khan not fighting he would have been crucified by everyone calling him a coward and all sorts.

Why not JMM?
Bradley fought at 147 once. So being to small for that division, I don't think so. Besides, if Berto win, a Bradley vs Berto fight could be great. Also, Bradley wants a fight with Pacman. So moving up to where Pacman is at would be a great step.
Soto? Nope. Better the Jo Cas but NOPE!!!
Bottom Line: Bradley needs to get to the table right away. With Arum about Khan after Saturday's fight, or Pacman. And get in the ring right away.
Re: Why does'nt Bradley fight Khan.
Khan v Bradley fight must be made to prove once and for all who is the best at the weight. Bradley was but because of the management issue was prevented from fighting, now that he is active he must fight Khan. If Bradley does not then he has lost his right to claim he is the best, simple as that.
Re: Why does'nt Bradley fight Khan.
because his arms are to short to reach khan with his fists and his legs are too short to reach khan with his head... lol.. Sorry, I had to... it was begging to be said.
Somehow Bradley feels he should get top dollar after his win over Alexander. Khan lowballs everyone when it comes to negotiating.. Bradleys not worth top dollar but should definitely get higher than a lowball offer for risking what he's risking.
Re: Why does'nt Bradley fight Khan.
He was going to get a big pay day regardless of who he fought so he made a decsion to fight Khan later. he is not a huge draw so he needs to make as much as he can off the people he is fighting dude.
Re: Why does'nt Bradley fight Khan.
Khan offered Bradley good money, no excuses.

I agree.
Bradley has been wrongly accused of "ducking" Khan. He made it look that way but once you get past the bullshit, it was clear Bradley was having issues with his promotor Shaw and wanted out.
I still hope it happens at some point because i'm confident that Bradley beats Khan. It wouldn't be easy but i think he's too well rounded for Khan to handle.
