Merry Christmas !!!! - Ring 8 Christmas Party

I wish all of you as well as your loved ones a Very Merry Christmas!!

Last Sunday Ring 8 had there Christmas Party at Russo's of the Bay. They honored Roy Jones Jr., John Ruiz, Tomasz Adamek, Emanuel Steward, Ziggy Rozalski, Keith Sullivan, Jill Diamond, Frank Pena, Marcus Brown, Michael DeLaRue, Ralph Petrillo, Philip Pilevsky, Delvin Rodriquez, Pawel Wolak and yours truly Henry Hascup.

I was told that when I was giving my speech, Roy Jones Jr., was in tears. Jack Hirsh stated he he couldn't take his eyes off me. So I can always say that I made one of the Greatest fighters of all-times, cry.

I wouldn't let it go to my head Henry, you probably just reminded Roy of all that money he used to make from his shitty PPV's, and/or his fight with Glenn Johnson. :-X

Yea, I couldn't either. When I first saw him come in, he had that on. They were trying to get all the honorees into a room on the side, so I announced them to do so. I waited about 5 minutes and I went to the room and only Roy was there. He was texting at that time and then he stopped and we made some small talk. I then got all the others and I had them line up in the order they were announced. Last year I was the MC, but being one of the honorees this year, they had to get someone else.

Last year I was the MC and I sat next to Joe Frazier, and had the honor of announcing him several times.

That looks like a great event.
