Cleverly fighting some random ranked 83rd in the world. WHY?
I just noticed Cleverlys next fight. What the hell is he doing fighting this bum. Im getting flash backs of Michael Jennings and Jhon Murray. So called hopefuls that fight a bunch of loosers and think that makes them a good boxer. Reminds me of Jhon Murray bragging about having thirty fights undefeatsd. Take a look at the guys you fought and tell me how proud of your record you are. Someone in Cleverlys position (having a title) should be fighting at least a top 20 fighter minimum. A guy ranked 83rd in the world on boxrec. This fight does not need to be on TV. This should be a simple sparring session in his gym.

It is simple , he is under Warren and the WBO , so he can be champ for years and years.

Cleverly fighting a bum why money,it a fact boxing is a business first and a sport second, weather
you like Warren, or not he doe's generate good money for his fighter's and plenty of press coverage,
and most important seen on TV.
As for the WBO they have good champion's and bad one's,if I remember right did a man called Froch
wanted a crack at a WBO title at one time yes he did.;)
Has he just turned down a shot at a WBO title yes he has.!

I enjoy watching Cleverly as he always makes a fight out of it. But the fact he is a title holder with the names under his belt is an insult to boxing. I want to see him fighting in the top ten but that has not happened yet.
I see him hanging around with the title untill he fight someone in the top three. Then he will lose easily.

Let's compare records
The truth will always prevail in the end and froch has fought the best and the youngest at their primes, undefeated means nothing, Calzaghe would have losses on his record if he actually took on the best when it mattered, and cleverly just keeps fighting bums, I would lick his arse of he had the froch heart and go to America for a unification bout.
What matters is who you fight and a real champ fights the best and defends on foreign soil
