Boots

Boxers use to wear the long boots with laces all the way over the ankles, now we see less and less of them. Instead boxers are wearing trainers. Is this because the ring surface is different with all the advertising? Or are they uncomfortable and outdated?

I think it has something to do with style, the long boots are very light and comfortable so style

Slaves to fashion. You know what I miss? The old resin boxes and how they'd scuff up the soles when they were still made of leather. Everybody would slip on the Budweiser logos in the center of the ring.

I like the old School style ones so much i wear them out if it's a special occasion, here's mine

Tyson had/has the smallest of boots.
They seemed bellow his ankles.

Honestly, knowing ya just a bit on here and what hobbies you prefer....I thought you were going in a total opposite direction there ;D ;D

They're not trainers mate. Soles are exactly the same. You just have hi tops and low tops now.

Its part style and part mobility at the ankle
