im going to start lifting again in about 2 weeks, and ive seen Creatine monohydrate, and was wondering if that was good, or should i use something else..? i just want to go up to 150-155 in weight from 145 then stay at that weight

Protein: Use 100% whey protein such as the stuff from optimum nutrition.
Creatine: monohydrate is what you want.
Whey protein isolate (WPI) is a fast digestion protein so use it for right after training preferably within 45 minutes after finishing a workout. Whey protein complete (WPC) is a slow releasing protein for use throughout the day, I drink a shake of WPC first thing in the morning and right before I go to bed, this will release slowly overnight while you sleep and help with recovery.
