Fantastic fights. I'm glad the best are finally fighting the best in the middleweight division. Assuming Martinez faces the winner of Lee/Chavez Jr., the only fighter left out in the cold is Quillin, assuming he beats Wright this weekend. He should see if he can face N'Jikam.
I am beginning to despise Sturm. All the sympathy I had for him when he beat Oscar went away when he constantly fights at home and does not attempt at unifying the title. Hope Golovkin hunts him down and destroys him.
I understand how you feel about Sturm avoiding Golovkin, but Geale is a good fight. If you think about it, Geale, Zbik, Murray and Macklin is not a bad run. It's as good as any in the division, really.Quote:
