For my money, it is Gangster Rebel Bop, by a band called Two Bit Thief. Just beautiful music, classic stuff. A soundtrack for early 90s life. I bought it on Amazon, got it today and am immersed in memories.

I met Angry at the Whiskey, in hollywood, at an Angels gig. Angry, Axl Rose and Slash came up to play. My friend, Ray, was from Brisbane and his parents owned some place that bands would be familiar with ( a bar or hotel, I don't recall), and he knew Angry. On sight, Angry called out to him. That got us beers well after the bar closed. I think I drove home.
I was backstage meeting Alan Lancaster with a mate who used to play along side them in Europe but Angry wasn't at all happy that night,he steamed out of there all .
HA I just looked this up. I was with the drummer in this clip that night. This is Eddie Grants first band. Remember 'Electric avenue' The disco track he got famous for later on?

This guy John Hall whos drumming here, told me that around this time he was in London and two or three blokes set upon him and a roller pulled up and an older bloke in uniform got out the passenger side and beat the shit of them and sent them on their way, tipped his hat in the car to John and took off .
Maybe Major David Stirling or one of his squad I would think from the way he said he handled himself, threw them around like dolls in between a bit of a thrashing.
