punch men

you kknow the punch men things you can get, look like the top half of a dude?

anyone tried them? i wouldnt mind, its one thing punching a bag and i think its ace but you have a much bigger target to try out your combos, know what i mean?

it must be much more like the real thing hitting a dummy like that

also it would be good if you had one that swayed a bit and had its hands up, dont you think?

obviously its arms would move about a bit in a different way than its body

but not too much :)

You can do the same sort of thing much less expensively. Make marks on your heavy bag, to represent the liver, solar plexus, that last rib on the left side, the chin, etc...Ringside used to sell this thing, real cheap, that you could strap around your bag. It stuck straight out, like a jab, the height was adjustable, and you had to slip the whole distance, if that makes sense. And it will once you get into it.
For years and years I bought every bag that came out. Get a heavy bag and get to work.
