Using Advocare to Shed a few lbs to make weight?
Hey Gents,
I have a buddy (no its not me) that uses Advocare Catalyst to cut those last 5 lbs or so to make weight. He says its good because he sheds the weight without feeling drained. I was doing some research, but i never trust online information because most of it was advocates of the product itself. I saw some good and bad testimonials, but they were relating to body builders or money scam stuff, but not really boxers trying to shed a little weight. He said he doesn't use it regularly just when it gets closer to crunch time and he is having a tough time knocking off those last few lbs. He runs daily and eats low calorie meals, and uses this as a final push.
Any thoughts on this?? - Also, is it possible to be a banned substance?

Its whatever works best for you and you're body.
But the truth is that natural foods are the best way to strip fat and get to weight.

I think the placebo effect also comes into play when cutting weight.
When I was a light middle the cut was awful and I used to firmly believe that brocolli was my lord and saviour :D
