USADA, are they on the same page?
Maybe USADA tests are too sensitive--better?--compared to other testing organizations.
I know we're not lab techs, but I wonder who's testing the testers? Is everyone on the same page, or are these testing orgs. in competition to see who can come up with the most sensitive tests?
We're all 100% behind anti-doping testing, but we want it to be unbiased and consistent.
Two questions, what purpose does voluntary random testing serve, if it can be ignored and who makes that decision?
Any answers or thoughts?

No umbrella exists for these agencies but VADA as far as I know judging on how they do their tests, are the most thorough.

None is really better than another. Most of it is just BS public relations. USADA doesn't do any tests! They are the bureaucracy part of an administration process for testing. Phlebotomist jab the needles in the arms to collect blood and piss watchers collect the samples from the athlete and then samples get sent to labs where the testing is done. There is a list of banded substances but it depends on what gets checked on the forms as far what substances actually get test for. I'm guessing the checked list is set by the athletic organization, although the requirement is most likely set by the governing body. You could probably find the specifics and standards for testing on wada's website.
Every procedure is open to corruption when bigger money is involved and no matter how prestigious or un prestigious an organization is.

Testing has closed the gap on the cheating. This trend has repeated itself many times. The pendulum will soon swing back to the cheaters favour. Just as many scientist's are designing drugs as trying to prevent there use.
