Has an process within the business he knows is hazardous, but does not make said employees aware....... Should those employees have any repercussions? Or are the employees at fault for not practicing their due diligence?

Id say the owner, out here we have 'Work care' that come around checking for hazards they hand out big fines to owners if they are out of the rules of due care.
Same there or not?
It's on the employer to let everyone know the hazards of the job. Once they have been told though it is then the employees responsibility to use due diligence and be aware of there surroundings.Quote:
