My round up of the boxing from 8/12/12!
Good night last night, great night in fact.
Chris Eubank jr stops Olegs Fedotovs in the second under somewhat suspect circumstances. One very confused referee.
Darren Barker blows away Kerry Hope, getting the stoppage in the 4th.
James De-'Gay'-le puts in another fairly shitty display in his match but still managed to beat powerful Fulgencio Zuniga on PTS, although he had ample chance to stop him.
Mikkel Kessler stops Brian Magee in the 3rd round after destroying him to the body.
Manny Pacquiao gets destroyed with a pretty bad knockout in the 6th!
Overall the stand out fight was probably the only fight I never watched, which is an oxymoron in it'self.
Pac-Man Marquez 4.
But the result has really taken away the excitement I had about Pac-Man V Mayweather, that excitement stemmed from the fact that Floyd could lose and that Manny was the best in the world, plus the guy that could hand Floyd his first loss.
Why wouldn't be all just want to see Mayweather V Marquez now?
Just my round up, hope you guys enjoy.
P.s. I have missed a few other fights so feel free to add them below.

Did not like that stoppage at all.
Re: My round up of the boxing from 8/12/12!
Could not agree more. The guy was still throwing punches and wasn't even shaken when the ref stopped it.
He also stopped Eubank from punching because he thought he heard the bell, which was a bad call because that point was when he seemed to be about to stop the guy.
Almost seemed like the ref wanted to stop it so Eubank would get a stoppage win, seen as everyone has been saying he can't punch.
Just weird that he gets such a soft TKO win like that when his powers being questioned.

I think the ref is more lenient when it is a full 12 round fight.

It was the DeGale fight where the doddering old bugger thought he heard the bell and stopped the fight when Zuniga was in trouble.

My bad, I watched about 11 fights last night, I was bound to get a couple wires crossed.
But the same sort of thing happened in the Eubank fight, the ref sort of stopped Eubank before allowing him to continue.
