Agreed, I couldn't even get past the first bit of it. Was it even written by Emmanuel Steward? If not and it was just a hypothetical rant, the "journalist" who wrote it should never work again.

I realize it's taboo to criticize anything about someone who has recently passed, but honestly read that people. It's pathetic.

I do not know why people would be offended, if they knew Manny he would have loved it. That is a excellent article and I wish heaven is just like that. Frazier could be fighting Lyle now

Surely you jest? It clearly says "Written by Thomas Hauser" at the top of the article, just under the title. Obviously Manny didn't email this piece from beyond the grave, you big silly! :cool:

I'd bookmarked it, I was going to post it. I thought it was nice especially considering the time of year.

No, I didn't read into it much:-X;D. I just can't believe that a generally good boxing writer would actually put that out there. Beanflicker was dead on, it's cringeworthy.

Well to be honest, for a second there I almost belived in The Afterlife..

Also - Thank GOD Jim Lampley was too young to call Henry Armstrong's fights!
