need help with hand wraps

i really need help with my handwraps! i dont think i put them on probably and when there on and i have my gloves on, it feels like my blood is stopping! so can someone post a decent video to me (tutorial)

Don't wrap your hands so tight. Flex your hands as you wrap.

Spread your fingers while you're wrapping, then afterward clench your fist to make sure it's not too tight. Remember, you're fists will swell slightly when you're punching so you want it to just feel firm when you wrap them.

If you have the long wraps, don't wrap around the knuckles/palm too much as this prevents you from making a good fist.
