I no longer acknowledge any Ali fights after the Thriller In Manila, he should've retired then and yet fought on for another 5 years:o The Holmes fight was a boxing travesty, you can clearly see Ali is in slow motion with Griffin and working from memory.
Ali, with the stash and dyed hair, sounds amazingly good in 1980, prior to the Holmes fight, Parkinson's syndrome( Pugilistic dementia) is progressive. At this point Ali was already taking medication, which made him seem more normal and/or coherent, but it was a time bomb ticking.Quote:
