How Far Can Del Chisora Go?
Mad as a box of Frogs he may be, but Injury or no injury he managed a much better showing against Vitali than many opponents (which I did say he would) despite disgracing himself pre and post fight :-\ and did so because although limited by average punching power he seems to have no concept of the word FEAR. With so much of boxing being psychological with this and a decent work rate how far can he go? He should already be European champ with his humiliation of Helenius but B/S judging prevented that. Is that as far as he can go or do you think if he brought the kind of pressure he did to Vitali to Wlad he might have a chance of upsetting the apple cart. Can he beat enough of the challengers below to make himself mandatory? Would you like to see him fight Fury again / Or Price as Warren is suggesting ?

He probably could if he fully dedicated himself. Just needs to learn to come in shape for every fight and spend a little more time in the gym.
Re: How Far Can Del Chisora Go?
He came in under prepared against Fury so he lacks the discipline to make it to the top.
His best fight was against Helenius and Vitali but that was not a world class performance just a lot of heart and determination.
He will be a gate keeper at best as he is not a devastating puncher either.
Re: How Far Can Del Chisora Go?
The more money he makes the worst he will probably get. I say he has gone as far as he is going to go.
Re: How Far Can Del Chisora Go?
He has already peaked imo. Doubt he'll win another meaningful fight
Re: How Far Can Del Chisora Go?
I was big on Chisora, but he blew it against Haye. He's unpredictable.
Re: How Far Can Del Chisora Go?
maybe as far a C wing :-\

He has already went as far as he can go.
He's too fat, too slow, not powerful enough, not committed enough, not technical enough, not defensive enough.
He's just not good enough.
He needs a year of full commitment to being in shape before he even attempts to consider himself in contention with any of the half decent HWs.
Re: How Far Can Del Chisora Go?
He's gone as far as he will. The stoppage to Haye may not have been the most devastating but I think it'll be enough to see him "cracked" for the long term

If he came in to the Fury fight in good shape he probably wins. He also got robbed against highly rated Helenius. Is he world champ level? No. But could he win a world title? Possibly. I think he could give Povetkin, Wilder, Fury, Helnius, Adamek very tough fights and could beat them.
Right, then you must ask if Chisora could beat them what would Haye do to them? Then you must ask why should we care about Chisora? I don't like him, I never have.
He's not a boxer, he's a guy who has a half decent chin, who walks forward, exciting yes, good boxing? No.
