WBC lifts Chavez Jr. suspension
Rather than punish him for being caught with drugs in his system, the WBC have decided to reward Chavez by lifting the suspension and are fully behind the Chavez jr.-Martinez rematch. If he was Puerta Rican he'd likely have been suspended from their rankings for life.

Can't say I'm all that surprised, the penalty was a little stiff for pot, but you'd think the WBC would wait for the Nevada State Athletic Commission's suspension to expire before lifting theirs.Quote:

1. JCC Jr. is Sulaiman's godson.
2. Sulaiman is best buddies with Junior's dad.
3. JCC Jr. is a known drug cheat, who's been suspended for diuretics use and routinely comes in way-y-y-y over the weigh-in limit.
4. Sulaiman conveniently winks and looks the other way every time a Mexican fighter breaks the rules.
5. Junior was spoon-fed total bums to bloat his undefeated record until he had no choice but to face a real opponent in Martinez. Martinez proceeded to school him and expose him.
Now...... is anyone REALLY surprised about Sulaiman lifting Junior's suspension? :rolleyes:
I think a slap on the wrist for the herb was a "hey look ova there, nothing to see here" move. Indefinite is a bit of a cop out too, just means whenever papa sulliedman gets tired of wagging his finger rather than commit to a timeline.Quote:

The only thing that spoiled an almost perfect performance by Martinez was the 12th round KD by Jr. which was to be honest rather amazing, I thought he was done. As far as Jr. doing weed, all that proves is he's a dumbass, who the fuck uses pot as a PED.
Not that Jr. deserves it, but i'd love to see the rematch, with proper drug testing both before and after the fight. If Jr. fails the drug test before the fight, it's off, and he needs to compensate Martinez.
As for the rematch, without PEDs and at 160, Jr gets KTFO.
If Junior gets in the ring with Martinez again, without weight-cheating, Sergio gets booked for murder after the fight.
Hmm.... bring it on. :D
