Yeah, sex affects men and women differently.
A man blows his essence in her, and he's left wasted, lazy, no energy, and wanting to sleep. A man needs to rest and recuperate after sex. And too satisfied with comfort, obviously no good for an upcoming fight.

On the other hand, women are left energized after sex. You ever notice how chicks are all pumped up afterwards, full of energy, and they keep talking as you're falling asleep. and yes, weak knees/legs hurt fighters! ive been known to make womens legs very weak and spastic after thorough sex. so i imagine it affects women equally....
