Don’t these people know how silly they look? Some are obsessed by it and have it like a change of clothes. Even if it was affordable for us poor people we would not want that done to us.

hard to say if the plastic surgery helped when comparing a bad recent photo of them against a perfect one when they where 10 to 20 years younger. :-\
