194 Press/Fan scores for Trout vs Canelo
Thanks for all your scores for this fight. My findings showed just how close this fight was with the Press giving Canelo a slight edge over Trout in the 45 scores i was able to collect.
The fans sent in an amazing 149 scores through the boxing sites and on twitter @thefightscore . There was a decent sized vote for Trout by the fans.
Overall the Press/fans scored more for Trout, all scores are on my fightscorecollector site which is iin the signature below.

I think ur knowledgeable fan had Canelo the winner... ur gunna have people that have 5 even rounds in this fight... and honestly, that's not scoring. effective and aggressive means alot... jabs r nice, but u have to have something with substance as well... it's like having green beans and mash potaoes for dinner... wher's the streak! u have to have substance... and Trout lacked that. There was never a time where i saw Trout go in for the kill... Canelo was throwing "kill" punches all night... that made a big difference.

@fightscorecollector - have you noticed whether in close fights there is a tendency for people who score fights to report that they had the losing fighter winning? In other words, is it more or less common for the scores to favor the actual winner than the actual loser in close fights?
