Judo is cool. I went and checked out a class a few weeks ago and, being the old man that I am, hurt my hip pretty bad just warming up. It was fun though and I'd like to try it out again.
first thing you need to do is learn to breakfall correctly and youre hips will be fine ;)
Both my sons do it... great sport and their fitness levels are through the roof :cool:
I hurt my hip doing a 'bear crawl' in warm up :p. In my defence, I had been doing some decently heavy squats the day before.Quote:
