So mikeys decided to move up then
There goes the potential big fights with abner mares and rigondeux. I like rocky martinez cuz he shows alot of heart but i cant see him beating mikey
Fighting Martinez gets him a belt but who is there for him to fight at 130? Maybe Gamboa moves down to fight him but who else would be interesting?
Such a waste. Loads of good fights for him at feather, Fortuna, Gonzalez, Mares, Gradovich. Very little at super feather. Unless he plans to stay only for 1 or 2 fights
Sadly that's probably true as I think he's on his way to 135. That Is one of my biggest beefs about the modern era and so many trinkets flying around. You can actually get 4 titles in 4 different weight classes and never have to fight a pulse. Its pathetic.Quote:

I really like Garcia and I suppose that's why I'm so pissed off. He seems to have it all as a fighter but I don't like how all of this went down and it does add to my cynicism. There were so many fights at 126. It was kind of stupid for Hbo to show the prefight interview with him saying that he just got the belt and was not going to let it go essentially saying he had just arrived when he failed to make weight a day before.
