FOX Sports 1, which debuts in August (in the U.S.) announced that it would be starting a new "Monday Night Fights" series. Anytime a U.S. network shows boxing events it's a huge deal. What are your thoughts on this? Is Monday a good day? I think Monday works better than Sunday due to NFL Football dominating Sunday tv.

From what I've read they have spent 100s of millions for baseball, soccer and UFC. If Fox even tries a little this could be a great prospect show for Golden Boy
I feel you man, some have crashed and burned but I really think that FOX wants to make a serious push on ESPN and if they connect with boxing fans, you could see a real boom. I think they should incorporate a boxing news segment into it like FFN. I have watched FNF just for the boxing news segments before. I also agree that boxing has made a turn for the better in the past couple of years. Still a long way to go, but an increase is an increase. The matchups have gotten better, I have to say.Quote:
