He's a bit racist and uneducated but he speaks the truth on steroids and the changing culture of boxing.
Zou Shimming main eventing a card with his 6 round exhibition was a disgrace to anyone who ever stepped in the ring especially the people who gave their lives in the ring, I was truly sickened.
Also I've noticed this whole amatuer hugging movement but guys like Erroll Spence who grew up down the street from me give it one shot than hop out to the pro game where it's about knocking the other guy out not pointing them. Where HBO will drag boxing will pretty much make it UFC Angel sees it to.
I feel what Angel's is saying to an extent. There are prospects who are light years better than Shiming yet starving to get on a card but this chinese dude happened to be at the right place at the right time and he's being treated like a fuckin royalty. Him being put on main event with a 500k purse is just unheard of and it's mind boggling.Quote:

HBO wants boxing to become Cloud vs Stevenson, Alvarado vs Ruslan, Rios-Manny. They want to ignore Rigo and Ward and make any defense be considered running. Zou being the only show on HBO for 7 weeks is pretty much them giving up.
