I think it's safe to say so.. Mexico-Puerto Rico rivalry is a thing of legend but not so much any more as many Rican fighters have been getting knocked off.

Win or lose, did you notice how Japanese fighters go out on their shield rather than quitting? This comes from the Bushido mentality. They'd rather die than go out like a punk.

Japanese fighterts dont get nearly enough respect mainly because they fight in Asia which is not seen as a top area for pros but they come up and fight a lot tougher fighters earlier in their career then most European and American prospects do.
